The apartment was dirt, we had no hot water at arrival and only got hot water the next day. Stove and oven were dirty, cracked and pretty much unusable. We did not cook food because of the state of the stove/oven. Kettle was leaking. Bathrooms were dirty, 6 seats were broken. The beds were hard and the sheet for the main bedroom was too small for the bed. You couldn't lock the window in the second room. No doona cover for the bunk bead. We opened the door leading to the balcony and it nearly fell on us. The room was very hot ,unfortunately the air-conditioning system wad turned off, so it was always hot. We had to keep the windows and door open for a bit of cool air but then had the problem of the mosquitoes. Iron was provided but no ironing board. It was not a good stay at all. The management did offer to change our room after our complaint but we just couldn't be bothered. There's was a lot of traffic noise pretty much all day and night as it's located right on major motorways.

“Normal apartment - bad communication”
Apartament was spacious and had a nice view. Very close to Mall of Istanbul.
