Cleanliness, facilities, space, atmosphere, quietness. Everything is spot on. There is a small pond there and animals. Lovely place to visit. The owners even left some brand new colouring books and comic for the kids to enjoy. There is a big barbeque area next to the house. The house is in the middle of nowhere so make sure it is what you are looking for. We did. But if you come with kids they may get bored
