“Great stay at Nena Beach Club!”

The hotel is located right by the beach with great facilities. We encountered a small issue with the air conditioning in our original room, but I appreciated how promptly the staff addressed this by providing us with a complimentary upgrade. The upgraded room was much more spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a significant improvement, especially considering the heat. The food offered at the hotel was great. It was reasonably priced, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious pizzas. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. There is a small charge for the sun beds, we found it acceptable given how comfortable they are.

Me and my family were happy with the staff treatment, they were all the time so welcoming and friendly with all of us. The location is quite convenient, and although there is a lot of people coming to the beach on day trips, after 3 pm it turns into a "quiet" and relaxed place. Food wise it is also so recommended.

On the positive the beach is amazing!… the sun lounges are very, very nice and comfortable, the best in the area, swimming pool is OK (very small 2mts X 4mts) and the only one around! If you are lucky enough to get one of the two nice rooms the view is stunning. The bar at the hotel is also good.

The hotel met all of our expectations, delivering exactly what we were looking for. The staff were exceptionally nice, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our experience the best it could be.

Good place, you have to be prepared for the fact that it is not a 5-star hotel. But you have to talk to people and know what the situation of the place is like, that solves many doubts.

Great breakfast! Slow, but generally good service and price/quality ratio is good. (Don’t expect 5 stars at Playa blanca). Very nice Hotel setup with beach beds for rent (50.000 COP per day). I would say, the best Hotel at the beach (but again don’t expect a premium 5* Hotel at Playa Blanca)

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was a great way to escape the midday heat and crowds on the beach. The food was well prepared. I appreciated that there was always somewhere for hotel guests to sit and relax, even with day time visitors.
