“On the road again!”
The fact that it is situated close to the exits for Highway 400. There is a Tim Horton's nearby where you can grab a coffee before continuing on with the rest of your journey.

“Very unsafe hotel and unprofessional staff”
This booking was a horrible unsafe hotel. And then to have staff try to upsell her was entirely inappropriate

The hotel staff was very accommodating. I had a personal issue. They were great to help me with my reservations. The room posted online was not dog-friendly. The hotel front desk was awesome in helping me change to a pet-friendly room. The parking is easy and accessible to any part of the hotel.

“Did not even check in. Pool was closed so we tried to cancel. Never got refunded etc”
I never stayed at the hotel. I tried to cancel because we found out the pool was closed. No one returned our calls at either allure or booking.com We were charged for the stay but never did stay because the pool was closed and that was part of the reason we picked this hotel
