It was a very nice staying in this perfect clean apartment with anything you need. It’s a mix of vintage and new modern design. It’s very close to the nice center of Barolo. You can do it by walk. The owner is also very kind and will help if there are any questions. We appreciate the special attention he gave us. We really can recommend this appartment.

A Perfect Stay in Barolo – Highly Recommended! My girlfriend and I spent five wonderful days at Ciabot delle Aie in Barolo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in the heart of wine country. What truly made the visit special were the amazing hosts – warm, helpful, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their hospitality made us feel completely at home. The property is surrounded by vineyards, and the family produces their own wine. We had the chance to enjoy a private wine tasting on-site, which was both generous and delicious – highly recommended for any wine lover! Ciabot delle Aie is the perfect base for exploring Barolo and the surrounding region. We would happily return and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

It was a gem of a find! The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the hosts were absolutely delightful. We would definitely return.

Location was excellent within walking distance of the village of Barolo. The wine tasting was fun and informative. Delicious too.

The Owners were waiting to meet us. They are genuine wonderful people who made us feel very welcome. They introduced us around the property. Our unit was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. It is a short walk to the main center for restaurants etc.

“Exceptional apartment a few minutes walk from Barolo.”

Very helpful and responsive hosts, who have done a great job renovating the Ciabot. Their son Diego helped us with a few requests, always with a smile. The location can't be beat, in the vineyard but just a short walk to Barolo town.

“Great Stay at Barolo! Try the wines!”

We loved our stay on the foot of the Barolo village. You have a view over the vinyards and up to the village, yet it only takes about 10min to walk up to the village (its 10min because its a little uphill, it would otherwise be 5min ;-) ). The apartments are new, nicely furnished and super clean. Diego and his parents, Silvana and Franco, are great hosts and super nice and warm people who also run a small winery on premise. Diego conducted a tasting of the family-made wines for us and it was an exeptional experience with great wines. Diego took lots of time to answer all our questions - and we had a lot to ask! In addition, all three were always available for us and had recommendations on what to do and where to go. Many thanks to Silvana, Diego and Franco.

“Fantastic stay”

What a fantastic place! Beautiful apartment, the views are incredible, surrounded by vineyards, absolutely amazing. The hosts are incredibly friendly and kind. We had a little look at their small winery, it was very special. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great. Parking was easy. It was very peaceful and clean. A short walk into town. I would without a doubt stay here again.

We enjoyed the warm hospitality of the whole family, the beautful region and the tastful wine. The apartment is newly renovated and detail oriented with lovely wooden doors, roof and furniture, soft sheets and flowers on the table. You can even book a tasting in the families micro winery that is in the bottom floor of the house. Perfect place, perfect hosts!

Spacious modern apartment with great facilities, secure parking and comfy beds. Beautiful views of the vineyards from the windows and only a short 10 min walk from center of Barolo. When we arrived Diego warmly welcomed us it immediately felt very homely with the fridge stocked with milk, juice and water also provided coffee for the moka and small breakfast snacks. Plenty of towels and bedding available as well. Also the wine they produce is exceptional. Will definitely return when next in Piedmont.

This is a perfect gem of a place to enjoy a stay. The hosts are charming and the apartment has been beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, great shower, we had everything we needed. They make very good wine here and the centre of Barolo is just a short walk with lots of restaurants.

The apartment was immaculate and couldn't fault any of the items of furniture or equipment provided within the kitchen area. It was all very newly decorated, in a well maintained, and especially well-lit at night frontage, which was reassuring - especially as the property is relatively rural. Absolutely perfect apartment for our week long trip, I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Barolo.

Newly renovated, overlooking the vineyards, immaculately clean, has everything you need and more (even the washing machine on the ground floor). Very quiet, but very short and easy access to Barolo city center. Extremely welcoming owners, Silvana and Diego, were very attentive and helpful with anything we asked for.

Great location at the footsteps of Barolo castle. Very convenient place to explore surrounding areas. Very stylish newly renovated accommodation and great host family owners who even complimented us with tasting of their local wines. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

“Absolute perfection, a wonderful place to base yourself to explore the Langhe”

This was an incredible place to stay and I would not hesitate to stay again. The hosts were so nice and incredibly helpful. A lovely welcome breakfast tray was laid out for us with some milk, juice to start the stay. The apartment was equipped with everything you would need and the standard of finish was very high. Excellent bed, excellent pillows, wonderful shower and bathroom. Everything was new and modern and the place had everything we could possibly want. The location is a 5 minute walk up to Barolo town on a lit path, it was perfect.
