“A gem 💎”

Raffaella is an absolute gem! Welcomed us and made us feel at home, plus managed to book us a table at a restaurant nearby which was supposedly booked out. Although located near the road, the inside courtyard is a real peaceful oasis and both evening drinks (Raffaella's own production) and breakfast (fresh and tasty) were an absolute pleasure. We will be back as soon as we can!

Perfect location for exploring this beautiful area. Raffaella is an exceptional host: warm, welcoming, and always helpful, making you feel at home from the very first moment. The agriturismo is beautifully decorated with great taste and surrounded by a lovely, well-kept garden. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious local products — the homemade orange marmalade and cakes were simply unforgettable. Great place that we highly recommend!

Location was fantastic. A quick drive (5 min to La Morra, 10 to Alba, and 15 to Barbaresco). Raffaella was welcoming, so helpful, and was able to make reservations for our dinner. The property was adorable and had so much Italian country side charm. Room is spacious. Breakfast was also great.

Agriturismo Il Gioco Dell'Oca is a little oasis near Barolo, warm welcome, cyclists are welcome too, amazing breakfast and good wine tasting options.

“I came back there knowing the property which I had originally found by chance.”

The person of the owner and the property itself combine in a unique hospitality experience, only matched by the warm, freindly reception offered by a bernaise mountain dog called Spritz. I love going back and I coudl not have entertained my guests better if I had had my own home in Barolo.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much in this wonderful place. The home and gardens were beautiful. I especially admired all the vintage decorations throughout this large and beautifully restored farm home. The hostess was so very nice and a delight to talk with!!! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful!

Rafaella is an amazing hostess and you can be sure you'll be very comfortable at her house. On top of that she is an incredible cooker and you will have a perfect taste of Italy.

Raffaella is a welcoming, warm and helpful host. The location was perfect for visiting the main Barolo/Barbaresco vineyards and interesting hill top villages/towns. The breakfasts taken in the garden were delicious offering a good selection of produce.

Nena is the perfect host!! She makes you feel you at home from the beginning! The breakfast is amazing, with home made biscuits, cake, bread and jam! She can also cook eggs at the moment if you want! Very nice stay and wake-up! And Spritz is the perfect host too :-)

The most cosy location from our entire trip in Italy. It felt like coming to my mum's house - so warm and cosy. The rooms are decorated in an old style, but very cosy, clean and comfortable. The owner Raphaela is a very pleasant woman, very charming, with whom you want to chat for hours by the fireplace with a glass of red wine. We will definitely be back!
