Overview
Hôtel Le Cap is situated right opposite Barneville-Carteret Beach, on the Normandy Coast. It offers rooms with panoramic sea views, and a restaurant with a flower-filled terrace. Le Cap’s restaurant serves regional cuisine, either in the dining room with sea views, or on the terrace. There is also a cosy bar where guests can relax with a drink. The guest rooms at the Hôtel Restaurant Le Cap feature a private bathroom with shower. Each is equipped with a TV and free wired Internet access. The ferry port is just 100 metres from Le Cap, where guests can take a ferry to the Guernsey and Jersey Islands. The famous Mont Saint-Michel is a 2-hour drive away.

We had wanted to eat in the restaurant between 7 and 7.30 however when we got there they had pushed us out till 9pm because they got a large booking and couldn't have taken us and North did they make any attempt to notify us and we had been looking forward to it but they fobbed us off. Their loss as We will never recommend their establishment to any of our acquaintance and friends

Room very small and hot. Expected more for what we paid. Fir one person ok but not two. Clean, plenty of plugs but had to squeeze around bed to get to bathroom. Breakfast good. If you are allergic to shellfish as I am the choi e was limited. We found it a bit prosaic a d not very exciting and we paid six euros ten for a bottle of tap water.

Communication was very good before our arrival to accommodate our electric bikes. The room was very nice facing the sea. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
