“Charming”

Exactly as described. Charming and rustic, in a small Italian village uphill. The owners were very helpful and everything was well thought out. Breakfast is served in the garden underneath a kiwi tree, how cool is that! If you are looking for that type of experience, you will enjoy the place.

Beautiful and friendly place to stay. Away from the busier hubs of Como, but still easily accessible (by car or good walk). Rob and Yolanda were extremely friendly and we had a lovely breakfast with other visitors each morning.

wonderful family who run the place, great atmosphere, very cozy, super clean, all the amenities are brand new, quaint little village away from the hustle and bustle, wonderful breakfast served in the garden. we really liked the walk through the old village to the parking lot where everybody leaves their cars. the village is pedestrian only, hence there are no car sounds whatsoever!

Loved the rustic charm of the place. I was looking for somewhere 'different' with character. Something different from a normal hotel and this offered that. I loved sitting on balcony on the night at the little table and watching the night draw in. I loved the silence and pure darkness, only interrupted by the bells ringing which added to its charm. Very friendly hosts.

Beautiful place in between the mountains. The village feels like it stopped on time. The hosts are very friendly and the place cozy. :)

We really enjoyed our stay. Rob and Yolanda were so friendly and helpful. The room and all the facility were so clean and neat. The location is good in the nature. If you are lucky you can even see a deer and a fox.

“Off the beaten track above Lake Como”

This pretty house in a tiny and attractive pedestrian only village in the hills above Lake Como was a great pleasure, right off the beaten track. A haven after the tourists on Lake Como. The room was up some steps from the street. It has its own entrance. Our host was attentive and helpful, She booked us dinner in a pleasant restaurant, Cupera, in the next village. It was full but only with local people. The bedroom was charming and comfortable, There was a small shared kitchen with fridge, drinks, snacks etc. There was a terrace with shade in the delightful garden and a balcony overlooking the mountains. Good breakfast in the garden with cereals, yoghurt, fruit, croissants, eggs etc. The journey up to the village had hairpin bends but they were not too tight. Spectacular views from the road. Parking in a field at the edge of the village was easy.

Such an amazing place in the mountains, the hosts helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommended! 🫶🏽

“Beautiful location and welcoming owners”

The owners are super attentive and friendly which made us feel very welcome. The breakfast includes everything you could ask for and they will even tweak it a bit to your wishes. The view from the terrace and garden were also wonderful. This place is perfect if you want to have nature and tranquility outside your door instead of gelato stores and busy roads.

Yolanda and Rob were super welcoming and friendly. Felt so homey and comfortable. Awesome stay

Nice little garden where you could spend your evenings. very welcoming hosts that can give you any recommendations to hike, sightseeing etc. nice breakfast was served in the garden. the bathroom was very modern and spacious.

This accomodation is absolutely extraordinary. In a very old, pittoresque village above Lago di Como, where you can´t even make it directly to the house of the BnB - as the streets are so narrow - but there´s a parking slot 7mins by foot. I reccomend to be in touch with the owners and to let them know in advance the precise time you´re about to arrive at the place so they can pick you up from the parking:) The owners - I don´t think I´ve ever experienced someone so friendly, nice, calm, always helpful and attentive. They are living their dream on the ground floor of the house and its very apparent:) two rooms with their own bathrooms are on the first floor each on opposite sides of the floor with entrance from garden and beautiful terasse. Cute kitchen connects these two separe units. Both in this kitchen or in the garden a delicious breakfast can be prepared for you and it contains moreorless everything:) The bathroom is next door of your appartment (but still just yours, not shared) and there´s everything you might possibly need. The nearest restaurant is 30mins by foot and worth visiting. Overall I´d definitely come back even just fot chatting with the owners and having some good laugh!
