Our stay was nothing short of exceptional, and here is why this property deserves a spot at the top of your list: The Living Space The house itself is impressively spacious, offering plenty of room to breathe and relax. It is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a functional kitchen to comfortable furnishings, making it feel like a true "home away from home" rather than a rental. The Grounds & Location The crown jewel of this property is undoubtedly the magnificent garden, with a patio where you can have breackfast/lunch/dinner. It is beautifully maintained and provides a serene backdrop for morning coffees or evening wine. Being literally 3 steps away from the lake, you get to enjoy the proximity to the water while retreating into your own private green oasis. Location Convenience The location is a winner. The logistics of staying here are incredibly stress-free: There is a bike rental shop extremely close by, which we highly recommend. It’s the best way to explore the scenic paths along the shore. A supermarket is just a short walk away, making it easy to stock up on fresh local ingredients for a garden dinner.

Very spacious property with an excellent location on the lakefront. Lovely walk along the lake path to either Bardolino or Garda. Having a private garden is a great advantage. Mattia was very welcoming & helpful.
