The hotel was fantastic and better than we expected for the price. The breakfast included was excellent with plenty of choice each morning. The stand out for the hotel was the excellent staff, from the evening we arrived with a welcome drink to the moment we left. Nothing was too much trouble for all members of staff from waitresses at breakfast to amazing and friendly reception/bar staff. We hired bikes from the hotel which was great value for money, and a great way to discover the wonderful local towns. The staff knowledge of the local area and things to do including recommendations for food and excursions (you must take a boat trip to Sirmione) was very much appreciated! We stayed in a triple room with side lake view, and although the weather was variable with a few thunder storms, the views were spectacular. The cleanliness was one of the best I have experienced from a hotel of this price with the rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels and linen and a restocked mini bar. The hotel location was perfect with a bus stop only a few mins walk away. We used the local bus service several times to explore various locations and even got the bus to Verona airport for our return journey home, paying just 3 euros each person! We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and hope we can return at some point soon.

This was a wonderful weekend break - and yes we had fantastic weather - but one of the reasons it was so good was due to the hotel. I would say it was a 15 minute steady walk to town which wouldn’t suit everyone - but we enjoyed the walk along the lake promenade. The hotel isn’t glitzy - but has everything you need done in a very comfortable way and there wasn’t anything missing. Rooms were thoughtfully put together; breakfast was excellent with very good coffee; there is a bar; a small but nice outdoor pool with sun beds which were always available; and most importantly very nice friendly and helpful staff. Bardolino is a good destination with plenty of retail therapy and food and drink options.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Location good, an easy 10 min walk to Bardolino centre. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast had plenty of choice.

This is a clean and very friendly hotel. Staff is always forthcoming to any demand you might have. Free parking just u outside the hotel. Pool side service and basic snacks from the bar is a bonus. Breakfast is good. Very effective aircon.

A Great welcome as soon as you arrive the hotel was fantastic. The bus stop is right opposite if you want to get a bus anywhere On even straight back to the airport all the way. The pool was Lovley and the room and bed was so great had the best nights sleep ever

Bedroom and shower room reasonably good size, clean and fresh. Bed linen changed frequently and towels replaced daily. Breakfast room indoors and outside area lovely and excellent breakfast. Always able to get bed at pool.

Very friendly atmosphere, the staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome, always there to give you all the information you need for daily activities. Very clean hotel, convenient to walk into town. Straight across the road and onto the promenade

The hotel was extremely clean, both in the public areas and my room, which was a good size. There was a lovely choice of food and drink at breakfast. The pool bar menu is very handy if you want a light meal, and you don't even have to be by the pool. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and so helpful. For example, when planning my day trip to Verona they found information on the recently changed bus timetable, the best place to get off in Verona and the main places to visit. There are bus stops within 5 minutes walk of the hotel, which was very handy.

Exceptionally clean. Towels changed daily. Lovely views from room. Nice continental breakfast selection plus cooked eggs to order. Took us about 25 minutes to walk to Bardolino centre and the views are lovely along the way.
