The spa was truly magical, especially the area with the thermal pools. Everything was incredibly clean throughout the hotel. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. We also had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant, with excellent, very friendly service. Overall, the atmosphere was calm, spacious, and very comfortable, a great place to unwind.

Staff polite and efficient. Room was excellent, some of our prior requests were taken into account, so a big thank you to the booking team. Great breakfast, with hot and cold food. Good facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool and spa facilities. All in all a fabulous stay.

“Very good spa retreat at the border of Lake Garda.”
The location is brilliant. Very close to the lake Garda. Great staff. Very polite and attentive. The spa is amazing with lots of treatments on offer and a good selection of saunas. The indoor pool is very pleasant. The breakfast and lunch (buffet) were delicious and with a good variety of choices.walking distance to Bardolino center with restaurants, cafes and some night life.
