The room was comfortable, breakfast was good and the location (close to train/metro) was very convenient for visiting the city with the occasional pit-stop at the hotel.

Very convenient location for Barcelona Sants. Lovely and clean, gentleman on reception very welcoming and the porter also . Bathroom excellent and bed comfortable.

The location, the comfort and the hospitality of the staff who helped us with finding a good place to have lunch and with printing our railway tickets to Cambrils.

Lovely little location not bad , forgot the the receptionist make perhaps Sofia on check in was excellent.

The room was much smaller than I expected. The bed was a double Queen which we had to share. Their bathroom was roomy and very well laid out. If I travelled alone, the room might have been a bit more adequate but for double occupancy; it was just too tight. Nelson and Marie went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience. Sophia on the other hand needs to learn more customer care skills. I forgot my newly purchased Apple watch and they took the initiative to deliver it to me at the Airport on time . That was a truly excellent gesture.

Extremely comfortable hotel very near Barcelona Sants station, great for train arrival from the airport and ongoing train travel. But otherwise not a great location for enjoying Barcelona. We took Ubers and taxis most places. The standard of comfort within the hotel is very high, geared to American expectations we felt.

“Thoroughly recommend”

The staff were exceptional, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, so friendly and willing to help. The room was really comfortable and felt fresh and light. The bathroom, in particular, was brilliant (the shower was fantastic)! The location was very handy and even though it was in quite a busy area, you wouldn't have known it, the room itself was very quiet.

Bog standard hotel. There was a bed and a shower. It was OK but nothing special.

Right next to Sants, very nice staff and the room was very comfortable. Excellent shower. Breakfast was good.

Does not warrant a 4star rating or price , very slow check in, arrived later than expected due to delays but still only 11:30pm and all facilities closed. Room very average and decor very tired, had coffee, tea and milk, no kettle or machine for warming water ??? Why is that ???, eventually persuaded the guy on reception to get me some hot water, even though he kept on saying that the bar was closed, not the best customer service! Also found the beds to be too firm and uncomfortable, breakfast ok

Excellent location. Easy to find when arriving by train. The staff were welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. There’s an excellent Italian restaurant in the neighbourhood.
