The best guesthouse we ever stay! It is a historical building with over 100 years history. The location is perfect in Barcelona! It is in the center of city, but not in the tourism zone. It sits in a local resident area and surrounded by lots of local foods and shops. It is very safe, we always walking on streets in midnight to search foods and bars. Walking distance (5 min) to Casa Mila. It is spacious and very comfortable for a family with 4, a big kitchen. It is very clean. Especially the service from the owner, Mr Serrano, and the bellman, Mr Alex. Definitely we will stay here next time in Barcelona!

The apartment was in a perfect location and the apartment offered the perfect refuge after a busy day exploring. There are shops and restaurants very close by.

The apartment is located at the cross of Diagonal Ave and Gracia Ave, which means you are literally in the center of Barcelona. Convenient transportations to most tourist attractions. At the 4th floor, you can view Casa Mila from the balcony. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has all necessary amenity. The host is very kind and responsive to any requests you send.

The location is perfect also being 2 couples , this apartment served us the best. Have all the equipments what you need in proper home. From cooking to washing. The host , Carlos , was a true gentleman. He gave us all the information what we needed. If you are travelling to Barcelona and dont know which location , this is the place. Look no further. Metro for main attraction is 2min away. Value for the money. Well worth it.

“Above and beyond”

Beautiful spacious apartment located in the heart of Eixample. The apartment was fully furnished and well equipped with everything you need. Carlos and his wife went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We were there during the power outage in which the entire country Portugal and some of France lost power. Carlos who was 200km away and after spending hours in traffic getting back into the city he arrived at the apartment with some candles, information and reassurance to give to us. Thank you Carlos for a wonderful stay! Beds were comfortable, Wifi is fast, elevator in the building, beautiful view from the 4th floor, 3 street facing open door window terraces, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 sets of keys provided, large shower, hot water, walkable area, public transport, a lot of shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Great location, convenient for buses and underground. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped kitchen.

“Amazing!”

Super clean and very nice apartment in an amazing location. Even though I have trouble sleeping I slept very well here, the noise from outside was almost inaudible. The neighborhood is the most beautiful in Barcellona - grocery store 24/7 200 meters from the entrance. Also there are lots of cafes, bakeries and nice farm shops. We cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. In the end, we didn't even need Hola cards for the metro. The location was absolutely great - you could walk everywhere.

Our family had a very comfortable stay for 4 nights and 5 days. We have traveled a lot and this was our first time staying in an apartment instead of a hotel, so we were a little worried, but this place was great in terms of location and facilities. We would like to thank Mr. Serrano for providing us with a great house.

The location was fantastic, and it felt really safe. All of this major street had well known name brands for shopping and Gaudi buildings to be explored. The apartment had all of our needs, even a washing machine which was very handy. I recommend this facility for anyone either partners or family.
