Located in a great area - we love Poblenou! Rooms were clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great! The rooftop with the infinity pool and great views was the highlight!

The rooftop pool area with the restaurant and bar was a real highlight; great atmosphere and beautiful view. The staff was super kind and attentive throughout our visit. Bonus points for the gummy bears in the lobby; such a sweet little detail that made us smile.

“Amazing stay in an up and coming neighbourhood”
Loved the location, the size/look of the rooms and beds, the gym was amazing and you could tell it was set up by someone who knows their way around a gym, the bar and pool area at the 14th floor was amazing as well. Breakfast was one of the better ones we have experienced in Spain but I still think there could have been more options. The location of the hotel is in a rather quiet neighbourhood, but if you walk a little you get to a nice Rambla and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the inner city of Barcelona with public transport, there are underground, Bus and Tram stations 5-10 minutes from the hotel.

The personal at the desk was very friendly. I forgot his name but he was one of the nicest guys ever who helped me with changing my room on the day of check in. They should really promote this guy. Hes so friendly and servicing and for me a reason to come back!

“Best Rest”
The quality of the bed is exceptional. The sleep was amazing because of how comfortable it is. The room size is much larger than expected from the photos online.

Regularly stayin all fine i like the hotel overall. Just this time the room that was given was not that good. The room was possibly divided into two, was bigger before i assume bcz had door inside the room that opens to another room (was locked from both sides no issues there). But the noise was so extreme for both me and the other room i assume. I could hear everything and i believe they could hear everything as well.

Everything but what I mention in the "didn't like" was spot on. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, has water and sweets for free to rest from your long walks in BCN, and the room was spacious and perfectly cleaned every day. Staff was helpful and kind. The location was perfect for us but we're not tourists so we had specific needs in terms of location.
