Very good, modern clean hotel properly thought out. Lovely general layout. Staff very friendly. Didn't use the restaurant area but it looked very nice too. Plenty of breakfast cafes nearby and the one directly next door was great. Despite my complaint below, I do recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the city centre.

“Pleasant Hotel, good location and was fine for a work stay.”
Pleasant hotel. staff could have been a little more helpful. Just was disappointed with the breakfast as I would have liked a bigger variety for the class of the hotel.

“Exceptional”
Absolutely everything, from the first contact on the phone to arrange my pets accomodation, to the last bit of the breakfast. The junior suite was stunning, the bed super comfy, and they prepared for our pets (two cats and one dog)amazing bedding, bowls for food, litter box for the cats, treats, and a welcome pack with toys and a cute tag for the names... Reception welcome was exceptional, they informed and helped us with everything. Every staff member was warm, professional and very kind. Many thanks to the reception night team, specially David, with his attention he made up for all the inconveniences we had in our long, hard trip. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is very close to everywhere.The metro in front of the hotel.The stuff helpful and smiling.The minibar has free water and a few fruit juices everyday.The room enough large and comfortable.The beds are comfortable.
