A rooftop pool and bar with fantastic city views are offered at this 5-star boutique hotel, situated on Las Ramblas. Each stylish room displays a unique item of jewellery from the Masriera Museum. Hotel Bagués is set in the restored El Regulador Palace, once a jewellery workshop, and it is built in a romantic, classical style, which gives it the Speciality Monument status. It still houses the Masriera Jewellery Museum. Rooms are decorated in deep colours, with ebony furniture and details in gold leaf. An iPod dock, flat-screen satellite TV and free soft drinks minibar are included. Many rooms also have views of La Rambla. Situated in the Gothic Quarter, Hotel Bagués is a 5-minute walk from Barcelona Cathedral. Just 300 metres away, Plaza Catalunya Square offers excellent bus and Metro links. “Perfect hotel with a perfect location”
The hotel is perfect ! Ideal for our short trip. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms have everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and so much choice. The staff were amazing! So helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time

I WILL WRITE THIS ON PURPOSE BECUASE HOTEL DESERVE 10 NOT 3 . First and main receptionist was dream team if you want small but 5 star hotel in area of the city you need 3 guys and 1 woman, including Italian guy doorman and almost forget 2 barmans on the rooftop , they deserve more money if owner or manager are reading this , i am talking from receptionist view because i also work.

My stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, not as comfortable as I expected. The room felt dark and not very cozy, with almost all the lights controlled by a single switch and no bedside or table lamps to create a warmer atmosphere. The window was placed unusually low and faced the garbage bins, which also limited natural light. When we arrived late and tried to order food, the in-room phone did not work properly, so I had to go to the reception desk. Despite having left a deposit, I was asked to pay for the order immediately due to “system issues.” The food was disappointing, though I must say breakfast the next morning was very good. However, breakfast was served in the hotel lobby near the reception and entrance, as there was no separate dining area. Overall, the breakfast was the highlight of my stay, but other aspects of the hotel left me dissatisfied.
