The apartment was very good and well connected by public transport. We could reach the city center in around 25 minutes. Park Güell and Tibidabo were also nearby, which made the location convenient for sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was good. Overall, we had a really good stay, especially with our child.

The staff were incredibly helpful and dedicated to making my stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The apartment was clean, an excellent size and the breakfast was very generous, even bought to your room for you. The location is a very short walk to Vallcarca station on the L3 green line which takes you into La Rambla within 4 or 5 stops. Very quiet area with good amenities nearby (a supermarket and pharmacy within a minutes walk). I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was easily reached a few stops on the tram and 10 walk. The room was clean and comfortable and made up each day. Fantastic shower in the bathroom and towels changed everyday. It was situated in a nice quiet part of the city and had some lovely restaurants nearby recommended by the hotel. I would stay here again if travelling. Thank You

Location : Side street walk to L3 tube Vallaraca about 10 minutes, Breakfast is delivered to room - good coffee you can choose between a sweet breakfast, oatmeal or ham and eggs, very friendly staff, cleaning staff is doing a great job - whole hotel smeels fresh and clean, very small gym room, nice rooftoop with a cold water pool and much place to have , kitchen in the room for the ones who cook but there are a lot of nice affordable good quality restaurants around and as well supermarkets, easy check in and check out, free luggage store if you got a late flight, check out at 12

The staff were all super friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and spacious, there is a swimming pool also. The in room breakfast included was a brilliant addition. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The room we were in was super quiet and as a bonus we were able to check in really early as the room was ready. Highly reocmmend if you need to be on this side of Barcelona.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were super helpful. I'll be back . I loved the rooftop area where I spent an afternoon reading my book and relaxing. The apartment was very apacious and very clean.

It was clean, beds were comfortable, location good (close to metro & shops etc), staff friendly & helpful. Kitchenette well stocked. There was air con, heating and fresh air when terrace door open.

The studio was very spacious, well appointed, super comfortable and had absolutely everything I needed. The very generous breakfast brought to the room every morning was a huge bonus, as is the rooftop terrace with a swimming pool. The staff were absolutely amazing - a special thank you goes out to Nico at reception who went the extra mile to assist me with advice on metro connections and allowed me to check out later when I had online meetings to attend to after check-out time. Also a special thank you to the housekeeping staff and especially to Marlene who looked after me so well. I stayed here for an entire week and my only regret was leaving. Bertran was a home away from home - in fact it was better than home, because at home no-one greets me with a friendly "Buenos Dias " and a huge breakfast tray in the morning!! Thank you Bertran, I will be back for sure.

Pretty much everything - but most importantly: Staff - they were amazing, super friendly and real nice. In the world where we are heading towards automated check-ins, it was so refreshing to see a reception with lovely staff. Housekeeping - Again, in a world where pretty much all of Europe is heading towards no housekeeping in case less than 3 days stay, they offered housekeeping every day, free of charge. Location - Two metro stations at 5 and 10 minutes walk, plenty of grocery stores and pharmacy within 5 minutes walk, and quite a lot of food coffee shops within 10 minutes walk. Cleanliness and comfort - the place was really clean, spacious, and beds were super comfy. They also did room service, at least for breakfast anyway. They did provide a super comfy cot for our 18 month old baby, free of charge, which the baby enjoyed a lot and slept very well throughout the night. One of things I generally don't like about apartments is that you have to dispose the bins and/or clean the room yourself, which we didn't have to do here, so that felt really nice change. Overall, it felt it offered the best of the worlds of a hotel room (e.g. room service, reception, housekeeping etc.), and an apartment (e.g. spacious, kitchenette etc)

Location is quiet and safe, but taxi have trouble to find easily

If your main activities are around the CosmoCaixa Museum of Science then the location is pretty good (10 minutes frim the museum). It's okay even for the center, as the hotel is closed to the the L7 and L5 stations, so you can get to the center quite easily and quick, and it can be a good choice, as the the surroundings are much quieter than in the downtown area. If you don't mind walking a bit, Park Guell is just 1.5 km away. They give you a sort of an apartment (having a pleasant nostalgic mood) with a small kitchen with basic kitchenware, so you can eat inside.
