Overview
This pleasant guest house is located in the centre of Barbate next to the Abastos Market. It offers 2 Andalusian-style courtyards, a bar and free Wi-Fi, 5 minutes’ walk from Playa del Carmen Beach. Bright rooms at Hostal Mediterraneo feature pastel decor and overlook one of the courtyards or the street. All include a TV and private bathroom. Several bars, restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes’ walk and a supermarket is located next door. The Mediterraneo is 600 metres from Barbate Marina and 15 minutes’ walk from the Barbate Nature Reserve. We got an off season deal, and it was incredible value. A short walk from the beach. Towels and bedding provided all good. Basic, but good.

“A Good Value Choice”
The upstairs lobby was pleasant and there was a sofa and chairs as this was as far as the wifi seems to go. The bedroom was large and the place good value. Our host was friendly. There was a bar attached to the hostal.

Location, price, calm place close to the main street with cafe in the morning, parking is not included but it s not such a big issue to find it in nearby streets...but very narrow:)
