I booked and paid for this hostel as I was cycling en route but becauseI hadn’t checked in online before 9pm, they shut up shop and wouldn’t give me entry details. I had to book elsewhere after cycling 77 miles at 10pm. Terrible experience.

Cozy room, bright and spacious, nicely decorated. Seems very well cared for. It has an ambiance and even a pretty good view :-) overall much better than expected. Yes, there is a bar in the square below that does get quite lively during weekends - until about midnight, then quiet. Didn't bother me particularly, just think it's good to mention.

On a dark and stormy Sunday, it was a great refuge, with a view of the river from the terrace and a flamenco party in the little square below. A modern structure on the first floor, with a closed bar below awaiting renovation. The Wi-Fi wasn't working, but the one at a nearby bar was more than sufficient. Rating: 7.5

The room was nice and clean, the staff vas very helpful and responsive. Walking distance from everywhere you want to be at. Easy check-in and check out, good wifi.
