“Staff at reception was not very welcoming and helpful compared to all other hotels I stayed in China”

During check in process the staff told me they cant find my reservation event hough I showed them the booking on my phone. After a few min he started to check in several guest into their room and make me wait. It was 11pm and I didn't think it is right to make me wait eventhough it was my turn. First time my room.was super noisy. Next time was better Didn't offer me breakfast.

The accommodation was very comfortable, particularly the beds. The staff were exceptionally helpful and took the time to assist us and provide guidance, even though we did not speak the local language. We would definitely stay here again

Functional hotel next to Shenzhen airport

The room is full of smoking and the breakfast is like canteen food.

Clean, efficient, very close to szx airport. Hotel arranged for me a DIDI shuttle to the airport at 3:30 a.m with no additional charge. Very suitable for travelers that need a comfortable hotel near the airport..

Foreigners should know that the staff at the hotel don't speak English. There is only one meal - Chinese beakfast available with Congee ( wet rice), steamed bun and milk. If you want to eat out you need cash because western credit cards are not accepted in China. I was given a smokers room which had a bad smell and they could not assign me a non-smoking room because aparantly they were full. Less than ideal experience!

Lovely room, perfect location, close to the airport. Air conditioning was fab, very clean bathroom and room. Kind, helpful staff. Excellent value.

“A great hotel to stay near the airport”

The great one which is worth the money. I really recommend it for visitors who arrive in Shenzhen too early. The hotel has a new van to pick us up at 5am and they let us check in at 6am with no additional charge at all. Although the staff rarely speak English, they're really helpful. The room is very clean and has all necessary stuff. I feel very thankful.

Close to the airport, nice area

The front desk staff are very friendly, the hotel facilities are excellent in all aspects, the location is not close to the road and relatively quiet, and it is also very close to the subway, which is only 300 meters away and can be reached quickly

Front desk told me that she can not find my booking. she said already withdrew payment from my credit card, so no need to show your credit card. QUITE STRANGE????

Was here for a layover - close to airport by tax and then free transfer back to airport in the am. Really helpful staff on the reception. Bed very comfy and shower very good. Free buffet in the morning - noodles/fresh veg/boiled eggs Good! Very good gym room? Full weight rack and dumbbells cable machine with 2x treadmill.
