Value for money! Near to the airport, courteous staff, neat and clean well designed rooms so what else can a business traveler expect from a hotel 10 out of 10! Keep it up ! This was my second stay and hope to continue whenever in Shenzhen

“To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about the area and hotel, but both exceeded my expectations.”
The location is the best, right next to eateries, coffee shops, malls. There is a Walmart next door. Happening place to go around and also for commute, there is a main road which makes everything accessible. I didn't take breakfast so can't comment on that. There is a Hongkong restaurant next to Luckin Coffee which is great for breakfast and also serves Hongkong tea, which was fantastic.

I was in Shenzhen for business. Samples were sent to hotel but hotel has no secure place to leave my stuff. Cleaning staff has no idea when was the best time to clean my room. Could hotel let staff know when customer gone out and clean room, rather than knock on the door and woke me up next time? I had only that day to have time to sleep till 9am rather than 6am wake up

Stayed here before, ac didn't work properly then. This time I asked them to give me a room with working ac.they checked on beforehand and the room and temperature was wonderful!
