The hospitality of the entire team was way too much. We had informed them that we need vegetarian Indian curry and the chef went out of way to learn from the You tube and prepared the same and the taste was similar like cooked in India. Entire team was there to serve us and the location was and table placing was wonderful.

Excellent stay. The à la carte breakfast was outstanding, and the Octagon restaurant offered great options for both lunch and dinner. Snorkelling was a fantastic experience, and the hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and well equipped, and the spa is a must. Special thanks to Gede, our snorkelling guide, and Surana and the entire team for taking such wonderful care of us. Highly recommended for a relaxed, high-quality experience.

Our stay at Plataran Menjangan was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt so warmly welcomed and cared for. The setting is magical, tucked in nature with deer grazing nearby. Our villa was spacious, private, and beautifully maintained, with lovely touches that made it feel luxurious yet relaxed. A wonderful place in beautiful nature. Wildlife all around. Villa’s were great, clean and nicely decorated. Service was beyond good; everyone was so helpful and friendly. Infinity pool is great. Food and drinks were delicious. A quiet calming and peaceful place; feels like heaven on earth.

Our stay here has been absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere in the middle of the national park is truly special – so peaceful and quiet, with deer grazing right outside our villa and monkeys providing exciting moments, especially for our daughter. The staff have been incredibly warm and welcoming, especially towards our child. There were lovely activities for her and a beautifully natural playground she absolutely loved. The pool is simply spectacular – the largest we’ve ever seen, with stunning views of the sea. The food has been excellent, and the villa itself is luxurious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed – we especially loved the semi-outdoor bathroom, which added a touch of nature to the experience. The snorkeling trip organized from here was another highlight – perfectly arranged, with fantastic reefs around Menjangan Island and so many colorful fish to see. All in all, a magical stay. We’d absolutely love to come back!

Peaceful natural environment. So much wildlife. Monkeys, deer, Bali starlings, monitor lizards. Attentive and lovely staff. A wonderful welcome coconut and 5 minute massage after our long drive. Excellent turn down service inclusive of natural mosquito repellants. Beautiful outlook. Incredible spa nestled among mangroves overlooking the ocean. Daily kids activities. Water filter in the room was handy. It felt like a proper escape.

“Magical immersion in nature, but with all the comforts you could want.”

The site is amazing, with individual villas in their own gardens with a veranda. Ours had a plunge pool overlooking the sea where we could watch the deer and monkeys roam. The room was very well appointed with good wifi, the tv worked well, there was plenty of storage. As well there was a water machine in the room, reducing plastic use in line with the ethos of the accommodation. There was a very good coffee maker as well. We had a welcome fruit bowl and lovely room decorations for our anniversary. Each night the villa is sprayed for mosquitos, and we enjoyed very comfortable nights inside our mosquito netting.

The villa is beautiful. The bathroom is very spacious and the staffs are all very helpful and nice. The spa is also beautiful facing the sea directly. They also offer a lot of activities.

The best part of this hotel is how it's surrounded by so much nature. The animals you see around the resort are so beautiful!

Breakfast and food was exceptional plus the service. Definitely will be coming back. We also did the private snorkeling/picnic lunch and it was such a great experience. Wonderful staff and set up!

Exceptional service and amazing location. Lots of deers and monkeys. Kids enjoyed balinese snack cooking and donut decoration classes. Snorkeling was awesome even near the jetty. Absolutely delicious breakfasts. So worth it!
