It's a sweet spot in the bay area, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room has a nice bay view and comfy. And most importantly for us it is pet friendly too!

The position of the hotel is lovely. View os the forest, sea, mountains etc. Very nice to laze in the infinity pool and gaze out at the scenery. The food was also very nice and very reasonable. I did a few day trips to the temples, Menjangan Island and the forest/jungle. All very nice. There is a nice strip of beach a short walk away which made for another lovely day.

Everything about this place screams attention to detail! The staff are so caring and friendly, the rooms have all their own special touch, everything is well thought out. I stayed in the Kura Kura room 07 and I couldn't get enough of the window seat! The hot spring jacuzzi was amazing. I had a look at the other rooms and each one has its own charm. The garden rooms for those who love privacy, the bay rooms for those who want to wake up with a view, the suites for that extra sense of luxury... And their dive center will take you to the best spots for snorkeling and diving!

Beautiful location right on the Bay. The staff were so lovely, you could see they were proud to work at such a beautiful resort. The pool was the nicest I've ever been in and we often had it to ourselves. I particularly loved the outdoor bathroom and the garden view from the toilet. Watched little blue and yellow birds sing and play every morning.

“Wonderful hotel with lovely staff in paradise.”

The hotel is beautiful and located on a quiet bay. They have different kinds of rooms, both different budgets. The staff are amazing and very helpful. It is also close to beaches and beautiful snorkeling / diving sites. We simply loved it!

Lovely resort in a very beautiful area of Bali. We had a problem with our room when checking in but the Manager on duty, Pita, sorted that out very quickly. We had a Kura Kura room overlooking the bay. Beautiful infinity pool. The staff were all friendly and organised a kayak rental for us which we thoroughly enjoyed out on the bay. The restaurant served a nice variety of very tasty dishes and drinks. It's isolated out there in the National Park but very relaxing and excellent for nature exploring in and out of the water.

“Relaxed small-scale resort”

Low key but very comfortable resort, we got upgraded to the Lumbung Suite which we were initially disappointed by, as we had chosen the features of the simpler room on purpose (for airflow and outside bathroom), but it ended up working out very well for us as we came down with 'Bali belly' and the separate daybed became our key location for 3 days. Excellent sustainability efforts - refilled toiletries in the bathroom, water coolers throughout the resort, if you don't put the towels out to be changed they actually don't change them, unlike many other places. Reasonably priced activities on offer (massage, snorkeling).

We LOVED the staff. They were so friendly, helpful, and genuine.

“The best Bali experience”

This hotel is truly 10/10. It was the best stay I had throughout my Bali journey. The staff are so lovely and professional, the location is mesmerizing with the sea view and the infinity pool as well as the view of the mountains. It was really magical staying there and I could feel the calmness and serenity of the place. It is also an outstanding starting point for snorkeling at Menjangan island. Truly amazing experience that is a must in North Bali ❤️

“Luxury Bunyawedang”

The staff were exceptional, bed comfortable, infinity pool lovely. Despite resort prices being about 3 times ordinary Bali prices the Facial I had at the spa was to die for & the buildings and grounds are kept immaculate. Loved my window seat view in Kura Kura room. Fresh fruit supplied in room was a nice touch. Breakfasts huge.

“Amazing views, staff and stay”

The view is amazing, i was placed in a room with a full view of the lake/sea. it was quiet and undisturbed. i think i got in at a good time between 2 different tour groups so pretty much had the entire place to myself. The staff was very accommodating to my breakfast needs at 5am for a trekking trip. it was a spread to say the least with an array of breads, pancakes and fruits all packed and ready to go.

“Hotel with fantastic swimming pool.”

A nice hotel in a quiet part of Bali; very different from Ubud and the beaches in the south. The hotel has an absolutely magnificent swimming pool; large, with great views of the sea and mountains. We went on a lovely snorkeling trip. The hotel room, bed and outdoor shower were comfortable. We saw many monkeys close to the hotel.

RECEPTION TEAM.and the BOAT DRIVER/TOURIST GUIDE. Pak Juli was amazing. An expert telling ypu all you need to know about balinese history, mythology and belifs. Great place to stay for at least 5 days....

We stayed at Naya Gawana for a week with members of our party in a Mangrove Suite, Lumbung Suite and a Kura Kura room. The accommodation was perfect and really suited us. Staff were all so friendly and went out of their way to do everything they could to ensure our holiday was perfect. The Manager touched base with us most days for a chat and to check all was ok. The food was great with a very varied menu. The diving team were excellent and we felt very reassured that we were in very safe hands. There was lots of space and accommodation was spread out. Having a pool table proved good entertainment for the younger members of our party.
