Overview
With scenic views over Bantry Bay, La Mirage B&B is a family-run country home which offers free private parking and WiFi in public areas. Bantry is 5 km from La Mirage B&B. Each room in La Mirage features a timber floor, flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Complimentary water and a sweet treat is provided in the rooms. Two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and one bedroom have private shower room adjacent to the bedroom. Guests can also relax in the communal garden and terrace. A home-cooked breakfast is served each morning in the dining area, and a variety of places to eat can be found in Bantry town centre. The owners also offer itineraries and maps of the area. Bantry House & Gardens is a 3-minute drive away and features an on-site tearoom. Glengarriff Nature Reserve is 15 minutes away by car and offers a variety of scenic nature trails to suit all abilities.

“Authentic local B&B”
We have seen plenty of different accomodations in Ireland, and La Mirage is among our very favourite ones every single year. The beds are heavenly comfortable to get a good night's sleep and the breakfast selection is unparalleled with farm fresh local produce. Siobhan sure goes out of her way to make sure her guests are set for the travels ahead.

“Fantastic breakfast and welcoming hosts”
The hosts were amazing, really friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was outstanding, home made jams, scones and fresh berries from the garden made it extra special, we really enjoyed taking our tea outside to sit on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Well worth the money paid.

The room is clean and tidy, very organized and functional. The external bathroom is huge! Breakfast is excellent, with fresh products. Siobhàn is very professional, helpful and welcoming. The place is 6 minutes from Bantry and quiet at night.

Very friendly welcome and introduction to facilities. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and home cooking very yummy. Breakfast room had a stunning view of the Ocean. The owners made us very welcome and we would not hesitate to come again.
