Lovely, friendly hostess, who very kindly gave me a lift back to town on 2 occasions to save me walking! Lovely dog too, called Twinkle. Ample continental breakfast with a vast variety of food. Delicious homemade bread and cakes, bagels, and others, as well as cereals, fresh fruit salad, ham, salami, many cheeses, etc! Very comfy bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. Situated in a nice, quiet part of town. Highly recommend staying here.

Peggy is lovely and so helpful. She even lent us walking sticks for our hike and the breakfast was gorgeous

Every detail was given attention. The room was impeccably clean and located in a nice, quiet area. The room was nicely decorated and lacked nothing. Peggy made sure it was cool enough in our room by giving us a fan and even changing out bedding for us. The lattes and breakfast were fantastic. We felt absolutely taken care of!! Could not ask for a better hostess! Twinkle was a wonderful ambassador for the property. We were greeted and escorted to the door and to our car every time we left.

Lovely and clean b/b, very comfortable beds & pillows. Large towels for showering, loads of hot water. Great breakfast choices. Peggie is a wonderful host. Wishing you well Peggie x

“I felt very welcome, and it was perfect for me to attend the West Cork Chamber Music Festival.”

The breakfasts were splendid, very generous selection of fruits, cereals and cold meats, smoked salmon and cheeses every day and home cooked specials and soda bread too. The room was very good, I was a single person in a double room with ensuite shower room, all very well appointed. It was a very quiet, peaceful situation, but only 5 minutes away from Bantry town centre by car. I would be very happy to stay there next time. Peggie was a very welcoming hostess.

“Great stay and amazing host”

Everything, Peggie made sure nothing is missing. I was surprised with all the details she thought of. First time to have a host offering food containers to get some food/fruits from the breakfast to have for the day. We loved id! The location is also great if you wanna visit the surroundings.
