“we wait for time off for a holiday...”
I stay in this complex at least once a month...experiencing many different private units. there have been some that have not had proper water heating and perhaps aircon issues...quite normal. usually a phone call and the owners have always got it settled Fast. this time this unit. I walked in and it was smelly, there was a half drank water bottle on the counter, and some things in the fridge. the beds were not clean and there were 2 ugly matteresses stacked in the corner. this room looked like a spare room in someone's house! the heater didn't work. there was no remote for aircon. NO TISSUES NO SOAP NOTHING!!!! when i call the owner he put me in touch with maintenance who was away outstation.. 6pm too get tissues. they finally found me another room which had SLIGHTLY warm water ...so i boiled water for the jacuzzi. tissues arrived at 6pm. aircon still no remote. that night we were so fed up we left the room at 8pm and drove home. again....I've stayed in at least 10 different units. this is by far the worst!. if you don't have contingencies for your guests you shouldn't be in this business. ruined my family break. booking.com. all we do is write a review but we've also blown our little but precious time and money...wasted! so frustrated! what do u do about this?

1.Room right next to the water park 2.The room was nice, cold and breezy, without the aircon its still cold 3.Extra 2 single mattress 4.The jacuzzi is also nice 5. Nice food court about 5km away with yummy seafood menu 6. Host gave 3in1 nescafe/milo and some cutleries to use and small fridge 7. Access to beach is free and access to waterpark is for 2days per ticket. 8. The host was superb..got some trouble with the door but he helped a lot even though it was late at night. 9. There is a place to hang up wet towels and cloths available at the balcony
