Unfortunately the booking description was misleading and included some features which were not actually in the room, but the bed was comfortable and staff were accomodating

The room was huge, the bed was comfy. The bathroom was ginormous and the bath you could run swim lessons in. Plentiful hot water. The breakfasts were delicious and the owners were very helpful.

The room was spacious and in particular the bath room. It was clean and the location was good in a quiet street, but few minutes from the main square and thermal bath. The staff was friendly and can rent a bicycle.

The place was very very clean and room was really big. Bathroom was very big as well as the bath. The shower had nice hot water. Staff were incredibly friendly. For the price we were really surprised at how nice it was, excellent value for money! The location was very good, just a few minutes from the main town.

“Perfect getaway during your stay in Baños!”

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is located just outside the city center of Baños, so you do not hear the noise from the bars, yet everything is still within walking distance. The hosts are friendly, the breakfast is delicious every day, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the shower has hot water. We were especially happy with the gentleman and later the lady who managed the hotel. They were easy to communicate with, and whenever we had a question, whether about laundry or an excursion, they took care of everything for us. Next time I am in Baños, I will definitely return to this place!

The breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious with a great view of the waterfall and the hotel was a 5 minute walk outside of the main area which made it nice and quiet.

The kindness of the staff, comfort of installations, cleanliness, location, everything! So worthy for the prize! Totally recommended!!

“Adventure trip around Ecuador”

The place, where we were accommodated was modern, clean, with a good location. The host family was kind and responsive. They recommended excellent places for us to visit. They took and returned our dirty clothes to a public laundry. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. We were also served coffee, tea and fresh fruit juice.
