“Good solid hotel in need of a family living room for the staff”

The hotel is in Central baños and only a short walk from places of interest. The room is of ample size and the private bathroom is functional.

Nothing, they cancelled our booking 30mins before our check-in time saying there was no availability even though we had this booked for 6-months.

They cancelled on us on the day of our visit because their roof had collapsed due to a leak. They were not very helpful in finding us alternative accommodation - terrible customer service

Parking, the big room, location is alright

Hostal is very nice and clean. Strong Wi-Fi. The owner allowed us to check-in at 3 a.m. for a little fee because our bus from El Coca arrived early. Good location, very close to the bus terminal and in walking distance anywhere else in the city.

It exceeded expectations. Christian was very friendly. He hooked us up with really good bikes for the Ruta de cascades for $5 each. Including a lock, helmet and tire pump etc.. printed off a map and helped answer any questions. The hotel itself was very clean, really quiet and the beds were comfortable. We slept great! Really good value for the price.

The spot Me and my boyfriend planned to stay here for the weekend to have some good time during our backpacking journey through South America. We both are very used to stay in basic accommodation but this place was actually the worst place we had stayed in. The staff was very unfriendley, the room was not clean and we couldn't check in on time and when we could check in the room was still not clean. The most disappointing thing happened when we should check out and the staff did not let us go before they had scanned the room from the floor to the roof and hade found something to notice, then they said they found that one sheet was a little dirty and tried very aggressively to charge us for that, charge more than what we had paid for the night. I was so sad and felt so un welcome and honestly I can not recommend this place to anyone .

Very nice and kind owner/manager. There is very good coffee for 1$ at the reception. The rooms are comfortable, nice view, very nice terrace.

Internet did not work, the hotel staff said me that internet is not work becousse I m not my own internet, but I said that I do not internet and asked about hotel intrrnet, I bought the Sim card I And I have internet, I washroom no additional towel by shower when go out off shower, all floor wet, this is terrible situation, the room not clean garbage a d smelling room, I do not recommend this Hostal
