the excellent homestay was really great, the owners have 3 wonderful children. the family are friendly, helpful and kind people. Dinners are usually held according to the wishes of tourists. after a wonderful dinner, delicious exotic fruits are served accompanied by conversation. We loved the family very much. you can stay here in peace of mind. you can find everything you want here. “Lovely Homestay”

The family! ♥️ I loved staying at Bee Bee’s Chalet. Sena and his family let me feel like home the three days I’ve spend with them. The accommodation it is perfect for everyone and the food was so good! They give the possibility to their guests to experience some local tours in the nature which was very fun. I can’t wait to go back!

The most adorable family, we had a super nice stay!

Wonderful place - spacious, clean, in a quiet side road but close to the center of the town. The hosts are really welcoming and very helpful. They can arrange jungle trekking or other tours for you, bring you to some interesting places in the area and offer a delicious family dinner. You can also rent a bicycle or a scooter. The whole family speaks really good English - it was a real pleasure staying there.

“Family feel, can arrange everything”

The family makes you feel right at home and they can help you arrange everything you need. They have a family dinner (4usd) with plenty of home cooked food where you sit at the table with the other guests and the family incl the 3 children. This family feel is THE major advantage of staying in this place in my opinion. The rooms were nice, a bed with musquito net, a table and a basic bathroom (western toilet, no sink, only cold water). The common area is a covered but open veranda and had a large table, a lounge chair, two hammocks. We took some services from the homestay and we paid the following: 4 day/3 night jungle trek with a group of 3 (but same price for 2 persons as we negociated first for 2 persons only): 35usd per person per day. (includes two guides, all food, all transport, a hammock) Family dinner: 4usd per person Breakfast: 2.5usd per person (fried egg with baguette) Scooter/Motorbike rental: 8usd per day (bike is the family bike and has some issues, we were fine taking it around town to the lake, waterfalls and sunset viewpoint, but would not recommend for longer trips.) Regarding the jungle trek: the guides that joined us were great guys and great cooks. They guided us very well and helped with everything. The hiking was quite tough though, we had little time to stop and enjoy the places we passed. Except for during lunch, which is a very long break as lunch needs to be cooked. Furthermore, the trek was advertised to include bamboo rafting, but the guide told us this has not been done for more than a year already. We did go frog hunting at night which was a lot of fun. Lastly there were a lot of leaches along the route on day 2 and 3. Not dangerous, but very annoying.

Amazing hosts. The whole family just goes beyond being just host. You can really feel like a part of the family. Dinners are just amazing and they help to arrange jungle trekking. Definitely best homestay on my whole trip in Cambodia.

Nita and her husband Cina and the kids BeeBee, Moana and Chalet are a lovely family with a cozy Homestay. They are very welcoming and will help you with anything you might need. We stayed in total 2 nights at their Homestay and we spent one night in the jungle with Smey, our tour guide, which was an amazing experience. We reserved last minute, like really about a few minutes before arriving but it was no problem at all. Nita even prepared something to eat for us, as we hadn’t had breakfast yet. I love cooking and Nita showed me how to cook some typical Khmer food which we prepared together for the guests and the family. We all had dinner together. We booked a small tour by Cina with his Tuktuk and we visited the Yeak Laom volcano crater lake and two waterfalls where BeeBee accompanied us. Together with the family we went to see the sunset at the big Buddha statue and we went to the local market to buy some food for dinner. The jungle trekking was an unique experience we are happy to have done. We did the 2 day, 1 night tour. We took one of our 58L backpacks and one 40L backpack provided by Nita. You take only the most necessary things with you. (In our case: head torches, one set of dry clothes, mosquito (& leech) repellent, sunscreen, a hat, flip flops, small first aid kit, one microfibre towel. Nita provides food, hanging sleeping bags with mosquito net, and drinking water. We were wearing zip pants, a shirt, and water shoes… (no heavy trekking gear as you will cross multiple times rivers)… and basically that’s it.) The guide will provide cooking utensils and will prepare food for you and if you like he will even hunt frogs and prepares them delicious. The second day on our way back we also visited a local village tribe and were able to see part of an healing ritual. All with all, it was really unique and definitely worth the money. We totally recommend this place and the trekking.

the family is super friendly and they make you immediately feel welcomed in their house which is super nice and located close to the center. They are super happy to help you organize the best trips around the area.

“Great jungle trekking and lovely family”

We did a great 2-days jungle trek here. We could choose to go with a local guide who speaks a bit English or pay extra for a very well English speaking guide. We went with the local guide and he was super nice! His English was definitely good enough, we could ask him questions and he teached us a lot. It was a great experience, hiking through jungle and water, set up camp, sleeping in hammocks, making fire and cooking in bamboo with our guide. We had some ricewine together and it was a very pleasant evening. The second day, after the hike, we went to the guide his house to have lunch. It's interesting to see how locals live, so different than us, I couldn't even imagine. Then we visited a village where we learned more about Cambodians. For this 2-days trekking we paid 60 dollars per person. We were with two people, if you have a bigger group the price is less. Except for the trekking, it's a super nice family and they make you feel like it's home. So warm and welcoming. I can only recommend to stay with this lovely family and do a trekking here!

Super welcoming family. The kid took me around the city and showed me the local market. I had dinner with the family and the food was delicious! Perfect place if you want to spend some days here. I didn’t do any of the trekkings because I only stayed one night, but they offer a lot of different options.

I felt like home with this wonderful family, so lively and so much love around. I loved my stay and enjoyed all the tours we did together, the talks we had and all the family dinners (Nita is the best cook!)! The kids are super cute! I will miss you all and thank you so much for having me as a part of your family :)

We had a great time at Bee Bee's Chalets homestay. The entire family was so welcoming and always ready to help! We wish we could have stayed a few more days to spend more time with everyone!

“Best Guesthouse in Cambodia”

We have been travelling South East Asia for 3 months and these people are the nicest and most helpful hosts we have come by. They helped us to organise our 3 day 2 night trek with a tribal ranger and local English speaking guide to Virachey National Park and organised us a bus to Laos during New Year Celebrations. They make you feel at home, the family and they're beautiful 3 children sit together with the guests and we all eat dinner together. The most lovely, honest down to earth welcoming people we have met on our travels. We hope to go back some day. I would give them more than a 10/10 if it was possible. Finally, the accommodation is really good value for money, and they'll do breakfast, dinner, bike rental, whatever you need they will help you.
