Where the heck is my invoice? The clerk at the counter said he can’t print the invoice because I booked it online, and then Booking.com told me they had passed my request to the hotel, the hotel will give it to me, and I waited almost a week and got no reply at all, what’s wrong with you all????????

“Excellent staff, great service”
The room was big and comfortable. All of the staff members were so friendly and helpful, they really made my stay special. I was invited to the Chinese New Year party and included in the festivities. The WiFi in the room was strong. There are local restaurants close by and the food in the hotel is good too.
