Very comfortable and the key handover was very efficient. A nice friendly guy in the electronics store where the key is spoke good english which for us is always a bonus and makes things a lot easier.

This apartment is wonderful! Was perfect for our family of four for one night, could have stayed two nights it was so comfortable! Directly across the street from an amazing park that my two kids (10 & 8) loved! Close by to a grocery store and not too bad of a walk to the downtown! Parking was free. Check in and out was easy! Nothing bad to say! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

A spacious accommodation on the top of the office building, just in front of the city park in the central part of Banja Luka (15 min. walk to the central square). The location is of great advantage, public transport available and a parking lot at your disposal. The suite is equipped with everything needed: comfortable beds, bathroom staff, a dryer. The kitchen has a fridge, a microwave, an electric stove and necessary utensils. The staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our staying at Alfa Om.

The appartment was clean and spacious and not too far from the city center. It was nice to have a private place to park the car.

One of the biggest rooms and balconies I've ever seen in an apartment... The apartment is located in an office building for an IT company, but collecting the key was easy with the friendly security staff. Location is also great being half-way between the city centre and bus/railway station, all within a walking distance.

Very nice and well equipped apartment, the terrace is extremely nice and large and has a great view, the free parking was very useful for us. The host is very amiable and willing to help with everything. Good value for money, definitely will come back if going there again.

Great view from the terrace. Free private parking. Arrived late, but had no problems collecting the keys. Good location - some bars and grocery stores in the neighbourhood. Free WiFi.
