It was clean, has helpfull stuff, nice big TV in living room, it is 3-4 STAR villa which is 10-15 years old atleast but very well maintained, for so many BEDS and price it can be good value, but is is not LUXURY

“Lovely villa”

The property was well located, had lovely views and amazing sunsets, 7 eleven accross the road, outside pool was fab and the maid was lovely. Host very good and responsive

“Perfect when travelling with a group of friends”

The house was really nice and rooms were very big. Loved the jacuzzi on the balcony and pool area.

“Perfect for our needs”

The staff are very responsive. The maid (although we didn’t really want one) was a great addition. She was very respectful of our privacy but helped keep on top of 13 people making a mess. The pool was a hit with the kids and all the rooms were great. The location was good, being very close to a local market with some great coffee and food spots. A short taxi ride from all the attractions. Koh Samui isn’t that bid so you are never very far away from anywhere!

“Family Villa holiday”

The villa was very well equipped. We were greeted with a fresh bottle of water. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Pool towels and bath towels were provided and there was a hot water canister which was helpful. It was very clean and the maid worked really hard.

The property is super nice, there is a bathroom in every bedroom, the rooms are big, the WiFi is working, there is space for one/maybe 2 cars, the stuff cleaned the villa and changed the beds every day, it is in a very good location.

“Comfy but needs TLC”

The villa was large and spacious. The maid was super friendly and welcoming. The pool was perfect on a hot day. The villa was nice and private, and the host was responsive to any questions we had. There was a range of shops and bars for snacks and drinks, a good spot to watch a sunset. It's good for a large group of friends who all wanted their own bathrooms. If you're a plane spotter, it's also great to see the planes landing. It was nice and close to the airport.

Very nice villa, in a good location not far from the airport, a big Buddha jet across the road, friendly housekeeper. we are happy to stay here 12 of us very feel welcome. The owner was very helpful and nice.

Absolutely everything. Commutation with Tawan was, amazing. Also had a cleaner that stayed and was in everyday if you wanted. Perfect location. Loved everything.

the Villa is perfectly designed and equipped

The rooms were huge and very well maintained and equipped. The villa has anything needed, from the beautiful clean swimming pool to the 2 Jacuzzis on the second and third floor (no hot water). There's a nice TV, loud speakers surround and furnitures,tables, sofas and chairs all are comfortable. There's a woman house keeper cleaning and washing and doing laundry (extra charge).
