Hallway, elevator and some area are really dirty. Smell like cigar, puke and other stuff that i dont know.

budgeted place to stay. nothing is special clever using half balcony to become a bathroom better to keep the mirror in the room I suggest.

This is a thai local building and they rent the bedrooms to turists. It was spacious and it had a pretty nice balcony. Really close to the metro and at least three big 7-eleven. You can also see how the thai people live and interact with them

Bright, spacious and fresh room, air-conditioning and fan, not perfect, but everything's fine. We loved the location and the neighbours, very recommended if you want to experience a real Bangkok lifestyle

All..!! Lift to go up, Room pretty large, small balcony. Not hot water but no need with the hot temperatures in Bangkok. Good staff..

particularly hotel staff lady shaheen and local guy. helpfully, staff and location are not tourist areas, but it's ok peaceful and quite good night stayed .

“Cheap place to sleep”

Cheap and cheerful. Shaheen made me feel very welcome and safe. The place seems to be lived in mostly, not a tourist place. If you just want a cheap room, with easy access to MRT (10mins to Charan 13) then it is good. I've done the hotels in centre of BKK and needed a budget place to sleep this time. Large room. Cheap food and market on site.

It's got everything you need for such a small price. The hosts are super nice and had plenty of support from them. They even got us a extention when we asked. There is a nice restaurant and laundry on the ground level. And street food available closeby. I'd recommend anyone to spend their first day here as it gives exposure to the true life style of Thai people. As its not right at the touristic hot-spot.

“A place best for solo traveler.”

I like the simplicity of the place, the quietness of the neighborhood, and my room was a bit spacious. Airconditioning is excellent, the water supply is okay, and there is one extra balconynif you want to do vaping. But I dont do vaping. I think that those who like that will see it beneficial.

“Hing was”

I had a private room with a private bathroom for 17 usd two nights. I really needed my space at the moment but can't pay a lot, so it was great. The building and facilities are very basic. But everything works. A/c was great, shower too. I don't like very soft beds, so the bed was perfect for me. People who stayed in the same buiding were not very noisy, so I slept like a piece of wood :)

Good value for money, good sized room. Dollar for dollar excellent value. Friendly helpful staff.
