“bad service”
poor servise. before give deposit property said 24 hour refund. After checkin become 2-7 days resfund. until now 11days still no refund for my deposit. Staff so no responsibility not reply text. poor servise

“Disappointing & Scam”
Worst management ever!!!! Been asking them for my deposit, they kept me waited so long without even responding anything. When previously I gave them a bad comment they ask me to remove it due to reputation lost. And when I came over to check their reply in booking.com the reply was they gave a false accusation saying that there's a damage and the money won't be refunded. I even double checked before leaving the room, everything was in a good condition. Worst staycation ever and not recommended at all!!!! Guys please be aware before choosing this stay. SCAMMMMMMM!!!!!!

The house is ok. There is deposit asking before we check in. In the policy say will be refunded within 72 hours working day. But its has been 5 days until today. Ask the staff but no reply. Where can i did a report?

“BAD HOMESTAY TO STAY!”
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house, from the moment we walk in, we felt right at home peacefully, clean and breathtaking. The house is well decorated. But the MINOR ISSUES we encountered was the noise level at night. We were staying on the below level house, and unfortunately, the kids living on the house upper level it were quite active and noisy. We could hear them running around and playing until 2:30am for 2night. Its a bit distracting, but we understand the kids will be kids, and it's not something that the host can control.
