Amazing guest relation: always online at WhatsApp, always ready to help. We arrived at 01:30 - staff met us at the front door and accommodate. Facilities kitchen/grill - at good level. Location quite decent too - 15 mins on foot to the beach, way back is much shorter thanks to tuc-tuc, 5-7 mins to the night market for the fresh fish and fruits.

“Perfectly located spacious Private Villa”
Spacious villa in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Bang Tao. 2 bedroom villa with pool and rooftop patio. Everything we needed for our 9 night trip. Could easily contact the reception staff via Whatsapp if we had any questions. Bonus was finding we had a laundry/utility room so we were able to wash and dry beach towels etc which was great. Property was landscaped well. Ideal location, at the entrance of the property there is an Italian restaurant, across the road a couple of cafes, you can turn one way to a new parade of shops, supermarkets and restaurants/cafes only a couple of minutes walk, the other way towards the beach took a little longer but again a plethora of hotels, restaurants, cafes and of course the beautiful 7km Beach.

Private location with lovely plunge pool in garden. Villa was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Close to shops and the beach - very friendly staff and security team! Grab taxis and tuktuks available nearby. Good value for money - would stay here again :)

“Week in Bang Tao”
The staff at The Residence are wonderful, happy to help whenever they can. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Sleep quality was great as the area was very quiet.
