I lost my bag at this property and I have emailed them several times. I have had contact with them through what's app and although they keep informing me they will respond to my emails, they haven't yet. Therefore I am unable to claim on my insurance as they need email proof that the item wasn't found. Communication has been horrendous.

“Would not recommend staying here! Cheap but that doesn’t mean sharing ur room with ants.”
When I first arrived I had to ask for help with my luggage to go to my room that was located on the third floor. The place was crawling with ants!!! I noticed at night time but there were no staff there to deal with the issue, so had to wait until the morning. Seems it has been this way for a while because when I alerted the staff they knew exactly what to do and came to clean it. But that was only temporary because the ants canes right back. Luckily I was only stayed one night. I did not sleep well knowing there were ants just roaming a few ants I could maybe deal with but they came in a mass!

Cannot sleep at night. Too much noise during night. Noise of people banging the door, pulling chair or table, & etc. woke up almost 20 times

Unfortunately got moved to their sister hotel, however the staff were very nice and quick to sort out everything for me. The apartment was wonderful, very spacious, clean and well presented. The little touches made everything worth it, from the daily fresh towels, to the bottles of water left every day. I have no complaints and if ever in the region again would consider this to be one of the top of my list.

“Wonderful”
A beautiful hotel. Staff wonderful. In a lovely quiet area with some thai restaurants just round the corner. Shuttle every hour to nearby beaches, the evening market and other places of interest.
