“Beautiful hotel with nice staff”

Beach is very beautiful although there is a lot of garbage around, but it ''cultural'' in the whole Phuket area, it has nothing to do with hotel.It's a kind of weak government policy, there is not even public garbage bins around.

The hotel was really comfortable, the front door and reception staff are really friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Golf, super helpful guy! Breakfast was great with good choices. The pools were nice and big, the pool bar was a nice touch. Our room was amazing, clean with great facilities, WiFi was worked perfectly.

Beachfront, proximity to the town, swimming pools, breakfast. Good staff support. Rooms are well maintained. Quite fast check in and check out procedures. 7-11 just across the road. Not far from Porto de Phuket. We stayed first two days and last day of our trip (the mid days were not in Phuket) In general I would recommend it.

Superbly located hotel right on the beachfront. Excellent facilities available such as the swimming pool, restaurant and bar and close to other excellent restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

Very good hotel, friendly staff. Great location, beautiful area, large pools with warm water. The best thing is that the hotel is right on the beach 😍 There are many sunbeds near the pools and in the shade of trees with wonderful view of Bang Tao beach. The beach is clean, very good entrance to the sea, soft sand. Good breakfast. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. We were very pleased because we got an upgrade of our room to a bungalow. There are many cafes and shops nearby. Also many cafes open on the beach in the evenings. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was brilliant and extremly friendly, always there to assist and help you when needed. Ample supply of sunbeds and the staff took care that no sunbeds could be reserved prior 9.30. Outstanding breakfast, even oat porridge was served every day, haven’t seen that in any Thai breakfast buffet before! The massage and spa services on site were much appreciated as well.

The staff are amzingly friendly and helpful, plenty of sunbeds and easy access to a wonderful beach, numerous resturants and bars. If you go out the front of the hotel a small street with shops, bars, resturants and Thai massage places. However inside the hotel Relaxy Massage was excellent!

The hotel is located on Bang Tao Beach, which is calm, not overcrowded, and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options suitable for both adults and children. The Christmas dinner was delicious, with a very large and diverse food selection. The massage area was outstanding, with professional therapists — highly recommended. I really appreciated the help from the staff when I accidentally left my sneakers at the hotel; they organized delivery to my next hotel.
