“Absolutely perfect stay..”
The whole experience was faultless.. Great communication from Dmitry, who welcomed us on arrival and showed us around and explained everything.. Nice guy, fluent in English and Thai.. Lovely villa, which suited the 5 members of our group. Couldn't fault a thing Thank you

“Top class”
We loved everything ❤️. Dmitry gave us a lovely welcome and had everything ready for us. The decor, layout of the house, and grounds were excellent. It was a really quiet location and not too far by car from Pattaya. There was a mini market with a thai food restaurant next door who delivered to the house. The swimming pool was the highlight for our teenage daughters. It was clean and well maintained. Overall, it was exactly what we expected and wanted for our trip. It was a pity it was booked out for our last week. However, we will definitely be back. Thank you, Dmitry, for a wonderful stay.

“Very nice house and awesome owner”
The house is warm, cozy and well maintained with enough facilities and supplies. The owner, Dmitry, came to welcome and saw us off with warm and kind smile though our check in time was very late and check out time was very early. Definitely one of the best accomodation I had so far. I will surely revisit this place if I have a chance to go to Pattaya again. Worth every cents experience. :)

Great, clean and spacious villa. The villa has everything you need for a short vacation. Very friendly owner and location is nice for family holidays with children - quiet and calm place especially at night.
