I would sincerely appreciate the customer service and manager. We had opted for superior room. But Booking.com does not mentioned which type of room we had selected. We were three adult and it was very difficult to accommodate in one room. The management was very co operative and they allocated additional room. I really extremely thank full to Storm Mountain Resort.

“Overpriced for what it is”
The lodge was lovely very inviting, the meals provided free of charge such as breakfast and take out lunch were generous. The dinner in the dining room was very good.

“If you have any respiratory issues, avoid!! The smoke inside the cabin was awful.”

Everything was great. The only things missing were a hair dryer and an electric kettle. It was a little chilly in the room, so I lit the fireplace, but unfortunately a lot of smoke got into the room. I understand that the fireplace was cold and it took time for it to heat up so that the smoke would go out only through the chimney, but the kids said they didn’t want the fire anymore...

Such a charming cozy place! The cabins are clean, the water in the bath is super warm, the fireplace is great, the bed is very comfortable. The staff were so lovely. In colder weather (about -23 outside) the floors can be cold, so I'd recommend bringing extra socks/slippers. But the cabin itself is pretty warm (there's both a furnace and a fireplace), so definitely a comfortable temperature inside. We will definitely be coming back again!

Everything here was absolutely fantastic from the service and staff to the accommodations themselves. The cabin was perfectly outfitted and incredibly comfy. Not to mention our dinner at the restaurant which was absolutely incredible and left us planning to come back sometime as soon as we can!

The photos of the cabin on line make the room a lot bigger. Not having a fridge or ability to make coffee/tea was unusual. The restaurant was very expensive.

Incredible stay, felt safe, as near an off grid experience as we wanted but with the amenities we needed to keep it realistic. The restaurant was fabulous we wish we had eaten there more rather than our last night. A great place to spend our wedding anniversary

The location was absolutely stunning – nestled right in the forest, offering a peaceful and idyllic setting. The lodge itself was beautiful, featuring a spacious and inviting patio that added to the cozy, tranquil atmosphere. It felt like a perfect retreat in nature.

Cabin in the woods so peaceful. Jamie was fabulous in the restaurant, he said the food was the best in Canada and he was not wrong. Had a wonderful time and meal in Storm Mountain just wished I had booked for 2 nights.
