The location of the hotel is perfect and very convenient.

The room was large, with a nice modern look, and felt clean. The bed was large and comfortable. Room #5 had private access to a huge roof terrace which was a lovely place to look out over the green surroundings and across to town. The location was very quiet which was lovely. Good food at the beautiful outdoor restaurant.

The building is quirky and typical, the pool table is a nice feature, the rooms are big and spacious, the linen is clean, the French fries were delicious... The staff is really helpful and attended well to our needs (extra blanket due to the cold weather). The garden was well maintained too.

The first thing you notice when entering the room is how spacious and well-maintained it is, offering great comfort with cozy beds and modern amenities. I also really liked the “wall of fame” displayed along the corridor, which adds a unique and personal touch. There’s even a pool table on the ground floor for some extra relaxation and fun. The property has its own vegetable garden, providing many of the fresh ingredients used in their meals. The separate dining area offers a beautiful mountain view, making every meal feel special. We enjoyed dinner and two breakfasts during our stay, and the food was very good. Overall, a wonderful experience with great facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed one night at Homies Place-Bistro with my travel buddy. It was a budget-friendly stay and we really enjoyed it. The room was very big and had a balcony. Both the room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. Siril, the staff member who helped us, was very friendly and helpful with everything. The food was also good. For dinner, we had Fried Noodles with Seafood, and Black Pork with Garlic Rice. The Black Pork dish was really tasty – we both loved it! The place has a nice vegetable garden where you can see cabbage, eggplant, broccoli, and radish. There's a separate dining area where we had our breakfast, and it comes with a beautiful mountain view. They also have a play area with a pool table, which is great if you're coming with friends. Overall, it's a nice place and worth the money. I would recommend it to anyone staying near Diyathalawa, Haputale, or Bandarawela.

I recently visited Homies Place-Bistro with my family and had an overall fantastic experience! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and a great value for the price, with fresh, flavorful options. We also enjoyed the pool table, which added a fun touch to our visit. A big shoutout to Yogesh, a young and energetic staff member, whose service was outstanding – he was attentive, kind, and made our experience memorable. The only downside was that the balconies could have been cleaner, but it didn’t take away too much from the experience. Highly recommend Homies Place-Bistro for the food, friendly vibe, and excellent service from Yogesh!

The staff is very friendly. The surroundings are very quiet. We went there for business work and spent 3 days there. Every meal was delicious and arrived on time. We spent as we pleased very freely. Definitely looking forward to going there again.
