“Big, clean and spacious fully-airconditioned unit.”
1) It was at a quiet but safe location, within a compound managed by a team of security officers. 2) Easy check in. 3) The unit is clean, spacious and relatively new. 4) A short 3-min drive, there are some eateries and laundry services, albeit within the developing neighbourhood. 5) It is also a short drive to various places like Desaru Fruit Farm, Tanjung Balau Beach and the town area of Bandar Penawar. If you need a new, clean and big unit in quiet neighbourhood (fully air-conditioned too), you may consider this.

“Nice house, big and spacious”
New area...quiet surrounding. Big and spacious house. Good to have a gathering here. Nice to do bbq. But tbey also provide bbq service i.e menu prepared by the owner Staff was very helpful. Approx 10mins drive to desaru waterpark

To sum up, eveythings great. Owners hospitality, very attentive & helpful. Check-in & check-out was a breeze. Location was strategic, nearby eating spots. House so spacious, exactly like photos. All in all it was clean, equipped with cooking utensils, towels, shampoo etc. Highly recommended!
