Terrible experience of bbq fire and their check out system. Pick up cart didnt come 40 minutes my group went out with many baggages ourselves. Even we paid 160 UsD

Wonderful breakfast room service & the delivered bbq by the pool was a treat . The Nordic villa was cool & relaxed. Staff amazing . Anything you need. 2hr service. 🙏

“Sort of a semi-outdoors experience”
The breakfast was fine, and the food we ordered was fine. The water in the pool was cleaned and at a good temperature for swimming. The fan in the room worked great.

It felt a bit like there were areas to improve, things that if it was a brand new place you could understand, these were all small things though. The place is lovely and the tent was nice. The private pool was lovely and the space outside was great. The only things I would look to improve were: The shower had a water heater in, but this did not work. You have to time your shower to get warm water. They offer great options to dine in your own space and bring it all to you, but there is some lack of thought! I ordered mukata (thai bbq) and the gave an extra of some kebabs, but did not think that you cannot cook a straight kebab on a domed bbq! Also no ladle or bowls to eat the soup from. Just small things. Also breakfast delivered to you is lovely, but missing a knife to butter the roll they give you... small things missing, but not a reason not to come. I just hope they improve

“Good atmosphere”
Facility itself seems to be new and very clean. I really enjoyed atmosphere. I stayed hydra dome, here was very private space. And every meal was very delicious and size was big. I spent great time here.

“Disappointing, could have been great with attention to detail and service quality”
The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the second day, we informed the staff of 4 items of equipment not working. They did their best, but it seemed the maintenance staff were over worked. They mentioned they did not have time to get all the work finished. They had to come 3 times to get the TV working. They tried their best see my next comment.
