Friendly and helpful staff, provided with fresh water every day. Breakfast available, some sort of pork porridge or something - also some bananas and toast etc. The lady (I think owner) took care of me so well, she gave me a fan to fight off the mosquitoes and some repellent too! I had some snacks from the restaurant and they were yummy. Its located out of town so scooter is needed for sure. Peaceful location with stunning sunrises!

I loved the location, especially the cafe on site. A little beautiful oasis nestled among the farms. I loved being able to watch the daily lives of farmers on one said (at the cafe) and a stunning lake on the other side.

I love this place. Beautiful grounds next to a small lake and rice fields, friendly staff, and affordable accommodation. It's a bit out of the way so it's best to have a scooter or another mode of transportation. Thai breakfast and toasted bread included. Note: the cheapest rooms are apparently all equipped with 1 double bed while rooms of the next category only have 2 single beds

“A peace of paradise just outside Chiang Mai”
Loved this place! As long as you have transport this place is great and wish we could have stayed another night to enjoy the gardens here. Beautiful garden area and tge surrounding scenery is lovely, recommend to come and stay for 2 nights, relax in the garden area, enjoy a coffee in their café. Room was comfortable and a good size, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Ample parking for car or scooter. Peaceful, beautiful and good value for money. Thank you for a lovely stay.

“Quiet place, best value for money”
Everything is kept basic and simple. Nothing was missing. Breakfast can be upgraded upon request. It is quiet. Well maintained garden and restaurant. It's a beautiful piece of land to relax. Car can be parked in front of the room. We extended our stay. We were thankful to find such a comfortable best price accommodation!
