Avoid! This hotel and apartment complex isn't close to 5 stars. We had initially booked for 6 nights, only stayed for 2..... The hotel is very run down and badly in need of maintenance. One of the lifts to our apartment didn't work and the complex as a whole looked very dirty. The staff are ignorant and not helpful. We tried to order food at the cafe by the pool and the assistant behind the desk wouldn't even look at us even though we were asking him if we could order food. The complex itself is difficult to navigate. As there are very few staff, on arrival you're a bit lost on where to go etc. Everything is on a hill, which is quite steep and if you're staying in the apartments, the buggies which carry people from the entrance to the top buildings are only available to people staying on the hotel so you will need to walk which can be difficult if you have a lot of luggage. The rooms can be very noisy from people waking past the doors. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel for your stay in Surin.

“Rude unhelpful apartment owners”
There was only one staff member who assisted my husband and i and she was very patient & lovely in helping us find the apartment. Instructions were sent via WhatsApp but driver dropped us at main lobby. View from roof top was very pretty

The property was in a good resort building with plenty of facilities. Nice parking outside for motorbikes, location close to beach and shops. Washing machine as well as microwave available which helped a lot!! Host replied to all concerns very quickly and recommended some local businesses nearby.
