Big room and clean

I stayed here for one night while doing the Mae Hong Son Loop on my bike. The guesthouse is clean and perfectly fine for a short stay. A good option if you’re just passing through.

very nice staff: she brought us fresh bananas for breakfast and she sent the shower bag which we accidentally forgot to the next hotel, the room was also very nice

We picked this property as a one night stop on the Mai Hong Song loop. As such it was ok with good access to the temple's night market (but this I think was a festival so perhaps not a regular feature). However just beyond the temple is the high street with Lotus and 7 Eleven.

Beds were not as bad, as some reviews suggest. Very close to supermarked and 7eleven. For one night, where you just need to sleep, maybe this would be fine for some people.

Great property behind the town so nice and quiet. Staff were lovely and very attentive even when our friend was sick. Lovely people. Great Wi-Fi also and comfy beds

We loved this place! Cosy and well equipped. The owner was so sweet and kind and left us fresh fruit outside our door when we arrived and aswell the following morning, it warmed my heart. Great price and Good location too! Defo recommend !

Had all the amenities and a power bar so we could plug in our charger. The beds were comfortable. The owner walked us to the market so that we could get supper. We found that exceptional.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and with a large fridge to keep things cold.. Location is great. Google Maps says you need to walk 10 minutes to 7-11 and other shops, but you can go straight through the temple which takes a few minutes to many shops and restaurants. You can park your scooter or bike right beside your door.

We really enjoyed our overnight stop at Banpataraphan. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The garden is fabulous with loads of fruit trees and flowers. The staff is very friendly. It is centrally located and just few minutes walk to the night market.

Very large, clean room. Good eateries within easy walking distance. Charming small town.

“Quiet stay”

Was a nice quiet location, rooms looked renovated. Compared to Mae Hong son I think it was a bit overpriced or should have included light breakfast. overall I would recommend.

I arrived on the time I wrote on the reservation and there was no one there. I waited for an hour and no one arrived and it was 3 pm not the middle of the night. At the end I went to another hotel.

“Great Hotel in Chiang Mai loop”

Everything. The owner welcomed me warmly and even invited me to a local festival occurring the night of my arrival. There is a lot of space for cars or motorbike. The room was big, neat and tidy (with climatisation and mosquito nets if needed). The city is small but the location is perfect.
