“Throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa”
This is a beautiful villa with plenty of space and amenities. It is off the road and secure for kids. It is located in Kata village which was a 20 minute walk to the beach area which is prefect for families not wanting to be too close to the night life. There is plenty of shops and restaurants in the village to choose from. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa.

Property definitely exceeded our expectations. Great value for money and the pool is beautiful. Lots of great restaurants close by. Amazing spot to relax.

Location is close to the beach, around 15-20 minutes walk or 5 min drive and search for parking spot and far enough from loud streets. There are few cafe's and restaurants around and 7eleven store. The pool is so nice, clean and cool. Our host met us at the house and gave us welcome fruit basket and fridge was full of cold bottles of water.
