The property is just a road away from the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel restaurant is very convenient although there are plenty of restaurant to choose from around the area.

Great location literally can’t beat it for the price. This neighbourhood is Expensive!!!!! Big shock coming from Koh lanta. Bed was pretty comfortable, AC worked well. Pool was awesome, spent more time there than the beach (too hot).

Staying there for a second time - absolutely value for money. Just 3 minutes walk to Karon beach, rooms are clean, personal is very friendly, lots of shops around

“Really enjoyed our days!”
Just across the beach, many restaurants nearby. Room was good, with comfortable bed, good space and always clean. Nice pool as well! Staff was really helpful and friendly (not all of them could speak good english, but they would really make an effort to help us out).

Breakfast was okay. The room was good size and clean. 1 minute walk to the beach. Shops next door. Bus stop over the road . Cleaning staff were happy and helpful. The manager was clearly unhappy with their work life, not very helpful.
