We had an amazing time. The host, Gary was fantastic. Very helpful with everything including airport transfer, activities and restaurants in the surrounding area. The pool, facilities, Service was excellent. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool, short walk to the beach. We were upgraded to the newly renovated apartment which was brilliant and has everything you need for a great holiday.

Gary is a very attentive and caring host. He was waiting for us with the key right after our arrival, even though we arrived very late at night. He tried to explain everything to us and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment was very well furnished. The apartment had everything you need, from an iron, a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed to a washing machine. I also appreciate the very good pool, which we used almost every day.

An excellent stay overall. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the beach, with complete facilities and clean, tidy amenities. The pool experience exceeded expectations. In short, it offers great value for money and is highly suitable for families traveling with children.Additionally, please note that the last part of the access to the hotel is a slope, so guests may want to consider this based on their own circumstances. There is a reasonably priced fruit shop nearby where we bought fresh fruit daily. Next to it is a restaurant called BAAN BANG LA, which offers great value for money. I highly recommend their Tom Yum Goong, pineapple fried rice, and fried shrimp cakes. The restaurant also has a pleasant atmosphere.

“Wonderful stay at sunny and scenic apartments with an amazing pool”

Beautiful apartment which was modern & stylish. Well equipped, with black and blinds and a washer dryer. Perfect for us as we were travelling with a baby. Pool was huge and had a pool bar which served very reasonably priced Thai food. Lots of sun loungers. Not far from the beach and close to lots of shops, massage parlour and restaurants in Karon. Also walking distance from Kata. Surroundings of the apartment were very pleasant and it has its own patio with chairs. Gary was a kind and gracious host. He was incredibly helpful and gave us some useful local info.

Our apartament was very pretty, all looked like on the photos! Host Gary was very helpful, he areanged everything so we do not have to worry about anything. Localisation is great, near the beach, shops and restaurants.

The apartment itself, the common areas, and the pool are excellent. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Spacious garage with elevator. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. The central air conditioning worked perfectly. Very reasonable price considering the quality.

A quiet place for family holidays. Gary is a very good manager. All information was provided in full. It is an ideal place for families with children.

Ok. So I only read reviews. I will only leave a review for people to to read if something is particularly bad and should be avoided at all costs, or if something is particularly good and absolutely deserves it. This is the latter. So, here we go. If you are looking for everything a hotel has to offer like a reception in the lobby, room service, a chamber naiad, a restaurant and a bar then this place probably isn't for you. This is NOT a hotel. This is a private self contained Condo that belongs to a private singe host, (Gary). More about Gary later. So, about the property. Well if I had to sum it up in one word..... PERFECT!!!! This place is really cool. Big living area with a big couch (pull out bed) with lots of scatter cushions and a pouf to lounge around on and watch Netflix etc on the big tv. Also a decent sized kitchen area fully equipped enough for some home cooking if you fancy an evening in. Then beyond that is the bathroom which again is a decent size and I was particularly impressed with the shower. Then there's the bedroom. Again, very impressive. And then the best feature of all.... The South facing Balcony... This is on the 3rd (and top floor), (elevator included), which is not very high up, but because this property is set back just a couple of minutes off the main road (which is where everything is at, Restaurants, supermarkets for your groceries etc, shops, bars and the beach) up a small incline so the view from the balcony is breathtaking, overlooking the massive (very impressive) pool and just beyond that is the ocean. 'Jaw dropping' is a very descriptive word and I wouldn't use it if it wasn't!!!!!!! After a few days of coming and going in and out I actually felt like it was my home (which is exactly what this place is and not some impersonal hotel). So now onto your host, Gary. I had a few questions for him before I booked and I found him so down to earth, 100% honest and genuine.

Gary was exceptionally supportive for the whole duration of the stay. He even helped me handle some issues that I have faced swiftly, really appreciate his professionalism and kindness.
