“THE MOST HORRIBLE STAY IN THAILAND, don’t book”
this is such a bad experience. I was ready to move out if I can get a refund from booking(but they didn’t and refused!) Here are the list of the thing that was broken! For booking.com sake, please take them off the website. I feel SCAMMED after I arrived. 1. 2 toilet seat is broken!!! 2. The swimming pool light is hanging next to the pool. I don't know if it's safe to jump in? 3. Door light is broken 4. The door to get outside the pool side very hard to push out!! 5. The fridge is not working 6. The slide in the villa is also broken Booking only provide a 25 euro credit for the horrible stay. This is really unacceptable. Awe pre paid the villa in full 2 months in advance and they still require deposit(cash) after we arrived, there was no communication on the booking website. On the day we leave they refuse to give cash back and say will bank transfer. We refused to leave until the give the cash back. Luckily we got it.
