“Relaxing city stay”
The couple who run the property are so accommodating. They were always there to help and even appeared every time we were going out to open and close the gate for us. The lady prepared a fresh breakfast every morning with plenty of little extras included. We stayed in the self contained bungalow which although it's in the garden it still felt very private. Amazing value for money.

“A Comfy Space Amidst A Natural Setting”
Benja369 is located in a quiet alley near the main roads, convenient to travel to some attractions like the blue temple, Wat Rong Suea Ten, and cafes. Really love the unique one-bedroom house with its own outdoor lobby and breakfast space beneath a beautiful tree. Breakfast was exceptional, so many kind of snacks and beverages beside the main dishes. Really touched by the lady owner's sweet gesture of surprising us with a snack token for our 35th wedding anniversary.

“The most beautiful stay - really looked after”
I absolutely loved this place. It’s so unique and well looked after. Felt really homely and safe. The garden area was well maintained and even though there are mosquitos due to the greenery, everything was catered for and there was plug-ins and sprays available. The outside area was lovely. Kitchen facilities available. The bed was so comfy and the shower was hot. It was that comfortable I stayed in and ordered food via grab and ate on the balcony area. Water was offered as well as oranges on arrival. Breakfast was cooked fresh and was beautiful.. the host is the most lovely woman, she is so attentive and caring. This is a must stay it was absolutely wonderful

This was such an incredible stay and is incredible value for money. The owner was so lovely and helpful, and also prepares a delicious homemade breakfast in the morning. The room was very spacious and clean. I highly recommend this accomdation to anyone staying in Ching Rai.

We had a great stay at the accommodation! It is super clean and very comfortable. The rooms are well maintained and everything looks tidy. What really made our stay special were the incredibly friendly and welcoming owners. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. They were always available for questions and offered us a lift to the airport. I’d stay there again if in Chiang Rai.

“Excellent Homestay with Delightful Hosts”
Khun Apple and Khun Au were delightful and attentive hosts. They have put a lot of effort to ensuring their guests' have a great stay. My room was clean and comfortable and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. I had my own car and could park in the grounds. I understand that the hosts will arrange transport as necessary. I would definitely stay again.
